Zachary Rodriguez is the Chief Executive Officer of Embrace It Africa. He earned an MA in Theology from Boston University in 2011 and a MBA from St. Bonaventure University in 2014. Currently, he finished his PhD in Economics at West Virginia University in 2020, with a focus on development and health economics.

Lindsay R. Pohlman is the Chief Operating Officer of Embrace It Africa. Lindsay is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York State. She is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law and a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.

Andrew Mantilia is the Chief Financial Officer of Embrace It Africa. Andrew is the Global Geopolitics & Strategic Partnership Lead at KPMG. He is responsible for leading KPMG’s efforts globally to help companies and governments understand the implications of geopolitics for their business.
